Ducere Construction Services wins contract with Charles Perry Partners (CPPI) to participate in renovation of The UF Library West Starbucks in Gainesville, FL. The purpose of this renovation was to accommodate the increased demand for office space for the staff. This space will provide quiet study areas for staff to enjoy. The full renovation of the entire store will be completed in the Summer of 2017.
