February 6th, 2020, was a day that would go down in Charles Perry Partners, Volt Air, and Ducere Construction Services history. On this day, we hosted a private dinner party with distinguished guests in Tampa, Florida. The commemorative event was themed “POWER PARTNERSHIP” to recognize how SOCIAL CAPITAL contributes to real bonds that evolve into true partnerships that are built on SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY to the communities that we serve.
At the EDGE Rooftop Bar on the Epicurean Hotel, employees from Ducere Construction Services, Volt Air, and Charles Perry Partners came together to celebrate the “Power Partnership” that we’ve been able to forge. A partnership that has propelled the three firms to even greater heights, and which has cemented each firm as a significant player in the construction industry.
Accompanied by live jazz music and the finest of hors d’oeuvres, the private dinner party was well-attended, with dignitaries from across the companies and all over the construction industry bearing witness to what has been nothing short of a fantastic year for our partnership so far. Over the past year, both Ducere Construction Services and Charles Perry Partners were awarded several major commercial construction projects ($100M +).
Charles Perry Partners, Volt Air, and Ducere Construction Services made commitments to an even brighter future with the people who have been of immense support to them through this journey.
However, it wasn’t just a time to celebrate what we’ve been able to achieve; we also came together as a social unit to the network, while we did a little bit of planning and strategizing for the new phase of our partnership.
At the end of the night, we were all filled with a renewed sense of confidence that we are steering the ship in the right direction. Challenges might come in time, but we know that by working together, providing a superior product/service, and focusing on our social
responsibility, we will be able to weather any storm and emerge much stronger than we have. This trait that has come to define our companies.
