Ducere Construction Services joined Charles Perry Partners (CPPI) and HCA Healthcare on two concurrent projects at Orange Park Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida: Kitchen and Central Energy Plant Expansion, and South Tower Vertical Expansion. Scope included pre-construction coordination and subcontractor mobilization for active hospital expansion.
