Power Partnership Dinner, Tampa, FL

Ducere Construction Services, Charles Perry Partners (CPPI), and VoltAir Consulting Engineers hosted a private dinner at the EDGE Rooftop Bar at the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa, Florida to commemorate the "Power Partnership" built across three years of joint commercial construction work. The event recognized how social capital and shared values translate into lasting business partnerships and community responsibility. The three firms — having collectively been awarded over $100 million in commercial construction projects in the preceding year — used the evening to celebrate shared milestones and set commitments for the next phase of growth. In attendance were leadership from all three companies including Matt Webster and Louise Ellrod (CPPI), Brian Leslie (CPPI), Julius Davis of VoltAir Consulting Engineers, and Markesia Akinbami of Ducere Construction Services. VoltAir Consulting Engineers, founded in 2006, provides single-source mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT design across offices in Tampa, Orlando, Houston, and Dallas. CPPI, founded in 1968, is a professional general contracting and construction management firm with offices across Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
