376 Hunnicutt Road is the third and largest of the Hunnicutt Road corridor builds — a ground-up luxury new construction featuring a finished daylight basement. Permitted under 2022-006052 and finalized October 2023, the project also included a 13.67-foot retaining wall — the tallest in the corridor portfolio — requiring a full landscape buffer plan per Cobb County requirements. The driveway design required a low-point construction 6 feet below garage elevation — an engineering detail that reflects the topographic complexity of the site. The project represents the most technically demanding of the three simultaneous Hunnicutt Road builds.
